Will a wheelchair or scooter carrier cause any kind of value loss, or cause any damage to my vehicle?

A properly installed wheelchair or scooter carrier will not cause any damage or any other type of value loss to a vehicle.
Wheelchair or scooter carriers may even be installed on leased vehicles.

Can I use my wheelchair or scooter carrier in bad weather; i.e. rain / snow?

Our wheelchair and scooter carriers are designed to withstand the elements. The motor on our
Model 210 "Lift 'N' Go Carrier is sealed to protect it from rain / water damage.
However, we do strongly recommend covering your wheelchair or scooter, and the carrier
especially during inclement weather conditions. We currently offer wheelchair and scooter covers
for several of our models that will cover both the wheelchair or scooter, and the carrier itself.

How is the Wheelchair or scooter secured to the carrier?
|
For Models 210 & 310, the wheelchair is secured to the carrier with
three ratchet straps. For models 001L, 003L & 004L, the wheelchair
is secured to the carrier by a bungee cord that is wrapped through
the front wheels of the wheelchair.

What if I would like to return an item(s), are there any restocking fees?
|
If you purchased the item(s) from a WheelChair Carrier dealer, you will need to contact
that dealer for return information.
If you have purchased the item(s) directly from WheelChair Carrier:
- Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase, and will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
- If a product(s) is returned to our facility in any damaged condition, there may be additional charges applied
to the return.

What do I need to do if I need warranty repair or service?

If you purchased the item(s) from a WheelChair Carrier dealer, you will need to contact
that dealer for information regarding warranty repair/service.
If you purchased your item(s) directly from WheelChair Carrier,
please contact our Customer Service Department. We will need to be advised
the nature of the problem, the serial # of the product, and proof of purchase including
the date purchased.

your repair or service request is covered under our Warranty Policy.
