If you are a general consumer and wish to place an order directly through WheelChair Carrier,
please follow the below ordering guidelines:

Please make sure all information on the form is completed, including correct credit card information.

We are currently using a standard email form for online ordering. DO NOT
include your credit card information on the form as standard email is not secure.
If you are using a credit card as your method of payment, we will call you to obtain your credit card information;

General Ordering Information
Order Acknowledgments & Shipment Notifications
If you faxed or emailed your order, WheelChair Carrier will send you an acknowledgment no later than 5:00pm EST the next business day.
We generally do not send acknowledgments for phone orders, however, if you provide us with an email address
we can send an order acknowlegment via email upon your request.
Please Note: WheelChair Carrier uses your email address for ordering purposes only unless otherwise requested.
We do not distribute your email information or send unsolicited emails.

Method of Payment
WheelChair Carrier accepts the following methods of payment; Mastercard, Visa, American Express, C.O.D.,
personal check or money order. Payment must be made in full at time of order.
Shipping
Please note the following shipping & handling charges:
$7.50 added charge for all COD orders.
$2.00 added charge per package for Residential delivery.
$5.00 handling charge to all orders under $100
$10 handling charge to all orders over $100
The total cost of shipping will vary depending on the weight of the order and the location
to where the order is being shipped. Please contact our Customer Service Department
if you would like to obtain a quote for shipping charges.
Most orders ship the next business day after your order is placed.
Our current shipment method is UPS Ground (You order may be shipped via UPS ground if requested).
It may take up to 5-7 days to receive your order depending upon where you live in the U.S.
If the item(s) for your order are available and the order is placed early in the day,
we can ship your order UPS (or FedEx) Next Day Air or Second Day Air. Please contact our
Customer Service Department for expedited shipping
rates.
Installation of WheelChair Carrier Products
WheelChair Carrier strongly recommends contacting an experienced, authorized dealer
or a recommended hitch dealer such as Uhaul® for installation of all WheelChair Carrier
products. WCC has authorized dealers in several regions of the United States.
